We want you to love your Character.com purchases, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and character tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
